While it might be easy for me to say, I want you all to know that while it may seem gloomy; they say it’s always darkest before the dawn. You’ll get through it. Be strong and realize that BNYM in some strange way is doing you a favor. Go and do the thing you’ve always wanted to do.

If BNY wanted to do me a favor, they would have continued paying my health insurance until I was 65. As it stands, even with expensive COBRA, I'll fall 6 months short, and I have preexisting conditions that make just not buying medication not possible.

I was given a horrible manager last year but it was a blessing in disguise because it forced me to look elsewhere and I finally got something better. Otherwise I would have just kicked the can down the road inevitably.
