Rules for AICP bonus if you leave voluntarily

If a person were to leave Ford between January and April, would they get their AICP bonus from the previous year?

I think you forfeit it for voluntary separation. Sounds like the old rules would prorate a few years ago. I left in November and received no AICP. It may be different if you worked into the 2023 calendar year.

More outright lies on this forum.

Yes, you will get AiCP prorated for the number of months you worked in 2022. Again people who actually work at Ford know the real answer.

I was SIRP'd in August. The agreement I signed said that I would still be eligible for a prorated bonus based on my target.

Having said that, I'll fall over dead of astonishment of I see anything in March.

NESC will most likely send you a bill instead.

The correct answer is if you retired, YES, you will get AICP in March. I was a manager and had employees in prior years who retired, and they did receive AICP. If you resign between January and March, but do not retire, you will not get AICP for 2022.

I retired on 11/30. Do I get AICP for the first 11 months of 2022?

No. If you search atFord for AICP it states that AICP is forfeited in a voluntary separation.
