Sudden meeting for club managers yesterday and today meeting with all asst managers. Wonder what jobs are being eliminated now!

So our GM never mentioned the 3 % raise. Our backroom associates were told they would get 3 %. So is the 3 % just for backroom associates ? What if your already capped in receiving, any increase???
When does this all take affect? My CM is on paternity leave and chaos has ensued in the club.
This is what we were told by our gm
- annual raises will be 3%
- starting/base pay will be bumped up
- backroom is now the same level as a forklift merchandiser
- night crew is brought back to high volume clubs
Overnight is coming back to high volume clubs only. It will not be a full crew. Likely 5 or 6 team members.
Does the cap to backroom go up? For those that have reached the cap and haven’t had a raise for a few years the only way to get an increase is of the cap increases.
Adjustment to backroom.. same level as forklift but don't get the 10 percent raise to go with a level jump. Only get bumped up if you make less than the minimum. Yet again sh-----g on the people who have been with the company forever and giving new people raises.
adjustment to backroom, we are going to level 5 so we are the same as lift drivers.
Overnights is coming back, full crew. The exact details are unknown (whether we get a new manager, or pull one of the current managers for the overnights, etc).
All good info this year. Hourly will find out tomorrow. No jobs eliminated.
