E-Comm Staffing

My STL just told me our store will no longer have e-comm leadership. They aren’t laying us off but they want to take my title and money away.

eComm dropped 1 of the 3 supervisors we had. that's all. TL, ATL, 2 supervisors, 1 trainer.

Any more word on this? Everyone knows that ecommerce is down after the Pandemic. How many orders we have maybe 300 orders a day less than 20 per hour with so many shoppers and a TL & 2 ATL's many supervisors makes sense that SS can overlook those shoppers and train everyone on registers and shopping. How long does it take to make changes with this Company!

Unfortunately, this is not surprising. I do not know how it is at other stores, but the e-comm leaders at my store do work very hard, while the CS leaders stand around in the office chatting. The CS leaders NEED to take on more responsibilities at my store, at least.
