I usually drag fidelity through the wringer but I notice they always have a spectacular score. I know there are so many that are frustrated with the company, especially with no holiday bonus. I really recommend we as a group of frustrated employees take external surveys serious and run the “positive” reputation through the mud.

It wasn’t a holiday bonus, it was a regular factored in pay bonus and raises that were a fraction of inflation.
By holiday bonus people probably mena extra money, the extra paycheck, the extra $5000, that rarely happen or happened once.
The pulse survey is internal only so there's no "dragging through the mud." Also, it's only anonymous to a certain point but they splice the data by region, grade level, function to try and identify trends which leaves you open to being not so anonymous if you're the only person in your region who fits the other criteria. Be candid but respectful. Or if you really really hate it, give low scores and no comments.

Fidelity hates middle aged white men
Obviously it varies by BU and management but so many other companies have set the bar so low Fidelity feels like a godsend.
Technically, I'd describe it as a "decent or respectable" quality but if you average the numbers, Fidelity is high rolling.

Fidelity is generous. I've worked for a few other companies in the past that would never think of giving any bonus, No 401k match, no profit sharing, nothing that resembles anything other than a paycheck and 1 week of vacation. And if you get a layoff, go directly to the unemployment office. 0 severance. Good luck.
yes - can confirm re the data massaging. do not trust those numbers.
there is also a bias in survey response and the results are not corrected for it.
Well then I guess “some” of us got really nice bonuses and merits!

No holiday bonus is due to the lack of effort from the service departments. Fidelity having to hire as much as they have over the last 3 years is is because too many people think taking 4 calls an hour is “too hard”. Stop online shopping and surfing YouTube all day and put in the effort and you won’t be as miserable.
The results are absolutely massaged. They should also provide an opportunity to provide feedback scores on org and divisional leads, by name. A couple of big guys would find themselves looking at some abysmal numbers.
But profit sharing is 10%.
