So the Vz ship is taking on water from hitting the 2022 iceberg and the TMo pirates are swarming over the stern. Its heartening to see Hansy Boy and Sammy Man Hands are worried about everyone's kumbaya feelings instead of how do they right the ship and beat off the invaders. Makes me wonder how "Inclusive" the Q4 RIF was - did we match the corporate DEI stats for those selected to walk the plank??? I think not!

Didn't the "HMS Ericsson" ship sink when Hans was Captain? After sinking Ericsson, Hans joined Verizon as CTO and after a year, VZ made him CEO. If a CEO manages to destroy a large corporation and get himself ousted, can he fully redeem himself in one year? Why would VZ or any large corporation choose a CEO with that kind of record? Were there no better candidates? Or maybe those who appointed Hans as VZ's CEO wanted/expected him to destroy Verizon.

I remember some chart that plotted how to tell if a company was inclusive. I sometimes think VZ is just starting at the end and figuring they did it.

Hahahaha! You have got to be kidding me! The company is collapsing from the inside out and it's stuff like this that is causing it! Employees want a wage increase to buy food and systems that work reliability so they can do their work. They don't want a lecture on the woke agenda from someone who came in and tanked his second business in a row. Clown company at this point.
The only non-inclusive people I see are the ones dividing themselves into groups to claim superiority over other groups. However, they call it victimhood... ya know, where they get special treatment because of their group.
As a simple matter, why would someone want or have PRIDE about a disability. You want contentment with yourself. You can be proud of being content with yourself. Being proud of a disability is completely stupid and irrational.
Where's the group that wants or has PRIDE about being stupid? That's 80% of the population, but no one seems to want to sign up for that. Could America be MORE inclusive of stupid people? They're the ones that come up with these ridiculous ideas in the first place... or more likely, smart people do it to trick stupid people into doing what they want.
All VZ employees need to gather 'round the campfire, hold hands, eat smores, and sing kumbaya.
