I’m well compensated and do quality work that helps our brand. But I’m looking. I feel like I’m in the titanic watching us take on water. I’d be happy to jump to a more stable company without all the baggage. And I heard bonuses are pretty good this year, so let’s see.

No one on this site will quit all talk. I will ride it out like the other poster. I work long hours because few others do their jobs. But I am an exceeds and with TVC no more guaranteed money for the work just hard enough to Meets. You all can work, I mean whine more than work until you are 70. I will be long retired thanks to my work ethic, living well within my means, and ability to just get things done.
I make too much money, I’m riding this gravy train until it stops.
We won't find out our bonuses until next Thursday or Friday, so TBD! It looks like they saved on comp costs by reducing the percentage of employees who could get above a meets, and therefore an above average raise. I'm pretty worried about all of the fines and direction the company is going, though, so I don't think I'll be here next year.
