LOL, the truth is Ford has eliminated almost all older employees that were pension eligible in order to improve the company's financial health on paper.
What the blind id--ts that believe the Ford+ plan don't realize is most of them are about to get PEPd as JF's chosen begin to hire in their chosen.

If Ford reboots Project Conway, it should rename the initiative Project Dilbert to reflect its value more accurately.

Conway met its objectives when it was active. There will be no Conway v2. Currently we are working under the Ford+ Plan, which all of you should be fully behind. We all want the company to succeed, Ford+ is the pathway to success.

Wasn't Project Conway supposed to be implemented 2Q or 3Q 2022? They have not yet "boiled the ocean"?
