Anyone hear anything about raises for underwriting?

Seems like it is a legitimate question considering there are other posts on this site of people confirming raises and bonuses... if you don't ask .. you may not get.
Volume is less than half of last year. I deserve a raise! With that attitude, you are probably on your way out the door.
