Going anonymous as i am currently working with Fiserv India.
Before 2020,i mean before the merger of FISERV and FIRSTDATA company it was one of the most coveted company to work for but since January 2020 they have started firing People on almost no particular grounds without giving them strong reason for their removal.
They are now focusing more on cost cutting so i can say that there will be more firing in coming days.
And they also bought one productivity tracker software : “Sapience” which will make your life he-l if you do not complete mandatory 8 hours/day criteria.This software will also help the management to fire employees who fail to fullfill this 8hr/day criteria.
Conclusion : From my perspective only people above 8 years of experience are recommended to join this company because there is almost nothing to learn here,they work on old technologies and does not provide many onsite opportunities and need not to mention they are also not a paymaster company
