Heard rumblings that the bonus will be split based on your total comp (higher you make the more stock vs cash).
And the stock is 4 years to vest. Any truth?

anyone pulling down $50k+ in bonuses doesn't have much to complain about. 1st world problems for sure.
yep. big chunk of bonus is redirected to stock grants that vest over 4-years - 25% per year
Your bonus will be a 12 month subscription to The Jelly of the Month Club and you will like it.
The highest tier of 1mm+ total comp is 60% stock vs 40% cash.
Ha. My position doesn’t call for bonuses in that range. Guess my $15k cash I’ll have to suffice.
started last year where they made it default >=50k then it splits. Prior years the amount of LTI was department and managers determined. The split starts at 80/20 but the higher you go up the larger the split.
Over 50k has been that way for a few years (maybe longer)
Real news
"Over 50k"
I wish!
Over 50k it’s an 80/20 split and vests at 25% per year.
