What is the percentage raise you have heard or experienced in the past if promote someone from P1 to P2. I want to get idea what I’m expecting next week.

Is there a good way to learn what the new target bonus % are based on pay grade/job profile?
Is there any info available around pay grades and the corresponding pay ranges? Specifically 100 vs 110? I know a lot changed with with job architecture overhaul in 2022; Previously, pay ranges were visible to employees.
Another day, another person who assumes everyone else does the exact same job they do.
Who knows what P1 or P2 means? Not me.
depends on where your current salary lies. For example, I once was promoted by moving to a new role/team and received 10%. Was promoted a couple of years ago within same team and received 5%.
it's a workday thing. there are a number of elements that go into a job title. p1/p2 is about level of responsibility and goes up to p5 I believe. managers fall under m1-m5. this equates to senior, leader, senior lead, etc. there is also pay profiles and area differential numbers in most positions. go into the careers tool in work day and select I think job profile search, or something like that, put in the job title and it will pull up all the details on the job including all these numbers as well as job competencies.
Must be a branch or call center thing. Never heard of p1/p2.
Manager here. the salary ranges overlap a lot between levels, so it will depend how high you were in the old level and where that lands you in the new level.
the more important number is the pay profile, p1 to p2 is likely a pay profile of 110 to 120. regardless, in terms of promotions a manager can go up as high as 20% increase with only approval of their manager however in my experience most promos come in around 10% give or take 1 or 2%
Under each job profile, there is pay level.
What in the world are P1 and P2? Details would help.
