We have been in mission 1 for 3 weeks now in the Chicago region and if this isn’t the writing on the wall for sales reps I don’t know what is! We are basically now grunts doing whatever is needed to fill the voids in our territories, some reps are throwing more loads now then before because of a shortage of help and others are trying to find busy work to get their hours in. Management tells to let orderwriters write the orders as now is a good time to for them to learn but it’s still my objective so sc--w them I still write a lot of my order's, we’re done it’s just a matter of time plus there is a tow hall call about a new bonus structure so can only imagine what that will be! Thanks mondelez

I wish there was an letter of intent this time around, but I'm pretty sure there would have been WAY to much interest in leaving. Hindsight being what it is, I wish I would have signed off in the last restructure. Now I'm just hanging out waiting to see if I am leaving with or without a package when wave 3 starts... because either way, the end result is the same.
I signed the expression of interest 2 years ago for severance. I got it and I left it’ll be 2 years ago this April. Best thing I did, I had almost 25 years in w Mondelez! Now I’m running my own business and doing way better mentally and physically. Best decision don’t be scared when one door closed another door opens.
Once I decided that the objectives weren’t worth the effort, and didn’t even try, things got more fun. My DM tries to feed me a bunch of BS when I call a miss, and I call one every time! It’s empowering!
So sales reps are still responsible for the objective but not writing orders?
Oh so they are making the bonus less on sales now?
The bonus change is 70% sales,30% dmi execution on feature and display ..
The writing has been on the wall for years now, some people just chose and still choose, to ignore the signs!
