Endless time on hold. The website doesn't work. What a disaster!

I have called three times, gone on chat and sent messages about my pension. They say they will contact me in 24-48 hours and never do. My profile says I started working there in 1922, which is ridiculous. They just ignore my pleas for some answers.

Ok So I am not the only one that Honeywell screwed up pension on. This will end up in a class action suit in the near future.
I logged in to do my annual , new year check up on my pension value. Conduent has 14 yr old values. I submitted an inquiry. I’ve been contacted twice. The rep acknowledged their numbers are wrong. Got a follow up call today. They asked me what it should be.🤣🤣🤣
(A million dollars!). They laughed.
Then I finally got a ph number for Alright, the previous pension admin. Wanted to find out what their records state for the pension value at the end of last year.
They state they no longer have records and I needed to contact Conduet. Friggin circle jerk.
As a retiree, this situation with Conduent is getting worse and worse. It seems hopeless and I am getting very concerned.
It was bad enough before using offshoring in Indonesia on benefits . God knows how bad it is know .
I just went to view my pension payment for 02-01-23. In the payment details they messed-up on the state tax withholding as the holding is less than should be .
New site a sheer disaster, like any Honeywell "go live" event from SAP to time charging. I submitted a inquiry on 1/2/2023, with it came
"Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive a response within two to three business days."
Well, 19 business days later and nada, nothing, no response whatsoever. Tried calling, was on hold for Defined Benefits group for 3 hrs, never got answered so I hung up. Website broke, can't change withholding, half the numbers wrong. Only positive thing done was finally providing a link to Northern Trust so one can see payment details. They must of laid off anyone with any competency to save a penny.
Honeywell doesn’t like having employees. Or at least, it doesn’t like giving anything to employees.
Honeywell will always always always find a way to sc--w you even more.
It is a company run my the unethical and immoral.
I cant start my paperwork until 3 mo before I turn 65, which is March 1 to begin. I checked online at Conduent and it is the same $$ as before they took over. This thread has me worrying a bit. Thanks a bunch. Will it do any good to complain now based on this thread or wait until I get peaved by experiencing it?
What's a pension ?
It is what Honeywell wanted. Slow service, phone holds exceeding 1 hour, inarticulate agents, criminally wrong information,. Try this ask for a pension verification, you may get one inside a month. The reason you will get is that giving you a verification is exceedingly difficult. My verification is I will be getting $24.23 a month when i retire in under a week. Really Honeywell how pathetic can you be? 45 years. Try to get help from HR. Answer:You have to call Conduent.
I need it fixed in about 1 year and 3-6 months…. Insuring 401k match date and MIP… April,May,June 2024 it better be working perfectly!!!
I cashed in my pension in November before the discount rate changed. I invested it in the VCIT Vanguard medium term corporate bond fund which had a yield of 5.75% at the time....
Machine always goes with lowest cost provider! There must be a reason Honeywell chose them and unfortunately I think you found out why. Honeywell is happily planning for the day when the last pensioner dies and the program ends.
Be glad you even have one……
Yep. It’s been a disaster so far.
