New Honeywell Pension Provider - Conduent

Endless time on hold. The website doesn't work. What a disaster!

Hello All,
I have been trying to 1) get access to the website and 2) resolve an erroneous tag regarding a payout back in 2009. From 2/28/2023 through 3/14/2023, I phoned Conduent 8 times. My experience was the same as all of yours, endless circles, non-answers, people who say "I will personally call you back...." which never happen.
I contacted the Department of Labor on 3/14/2023, and logged a complain. I continue to work with an agent regarding this horrible company. Even after a conference call with the DOL agent on the phone, Conduent acted the same way. I honestly don't think they give a cr-p!
I finally got access to the website, but continue to fight to fix the erroneous tag. This is completely wrong. If I am having this issue just trying to fix a system error, I really am concerned about those trying to get paid.
Has anyone contacted a lawyer, began a social media campaign or?? There has got to be something we can do!

Success!!!

Below is my post regarding contacting the Department of Labor. I filled out the form on this page on March 27.
https://www.askebsa.dol.gov/WebIntake/Home.aspx/Completed

Dept of Labor contacted me in 2 days, we called Conduent on a conference call, got same runaround. She (DoL) said she’d contact Honeywell HR. On April 6 Conduent called me from a generic benefits scammy number and said they were working in it. They called a week later and asked if I needed them to call every week and I said no.

On April 26 the DoL called and said that they had another guy looking into it. Two weeks later Conduent called and gave me the amount and said they had sent the forms for distribution overnight, and she gave me the tracking number. It was actually on my porch. I have filled them out, made copies and am mailing them back today. They have a Document Upload on their website but, surprise, doesn’t work.

So contacting the Department of Labor truly works and they told me I was definitely not the only one complaining about Honeywell. It cost me nothing to do this.

I had to jump thru hoops to get access to www.benefitcent.com/honewell
When I am able to log on, there is no pension information and they state I have to call for a manual calculation. I remember the old site had this information. I am going to keep sending them messages saying that this needs to be corrected.

I’m the person who called the DOL, post below. Since I posted that I’ve had two calls from some weird spammy call center saying they were calling me to tell me they were working on my estimate. I looked up the number and it’s a call center in India that is used by a lot of HR depts for different companies. Just an FYI

I contacted the Department of Labor. I filled out this form and got a call in two days. https://www.askebsa.dol.gov/WebIntake/Home.aspx/Completed

They called the new Conduent number for Honeywell with me as a conference call and she identified herself to the Conduent/Honeywell rep as from the Dept of Labor. We still got the same spiel, that they are calculating my pension manually, have expedited it, etc. and I pointed out they have been saying that for months, etc. Finally the Dept of Labor rep told me we’d take it offline.

We ended the convo with Conduent and she said she could see why that would be frustrating and that she would try to reach Honeywell’s HR dept. That was a couple of weeks ago and I have not heard anything but I may not have a case at all since if I have any pension it would only be a lump sum of a few hundred at best.

However, maybe if enough people do this it might have an effect.

I have called three times, gone on chat and sent messages about my pension. They say they will contact me in 24-48 hours and never do. My profile says I started working there in 1922, which is ridiculous. They just ignore my pleas for some answers.

Ok So I am not the only one that Honeywell screwed up pension on. This will end up in a class action suit in the near future.

I logged in to do my annual , new year check up on my pension value. Conduent has 14 yr old values. I submitted an inquiry. I’ve been contacted twice. The rep acknowledged their numbers are wrong. Got a follow up call today. They asked me what it should be.🤣🤣🤣
(A million dollars!). They laughed.

Then I finally got a ph number for Alright, the previous pension admin. Wanted to find out what their records state for the pension value at the end of last year.
They state they no longer have records and I needed to contact Conduet. Friggin circle jerk.

I just went to view my pension payment for 02-01-23. In the payment details they messed-up on the state tax withholding as the holding is less than should be .

New site a sheer disaster, like any Honeywell "go live" event from SAP to time charging. I submitted a inquiry on 1/2/2023, with it came
"Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive a response within two to three business days."
Well, 19 business days later and nada, nothing, no response whatsoever. Tried calling, was on hold for Defined Benefits group for 3 hrs, never got answered so I hung up. Website broke, can't change withholding, half the numbers wrong. Only positive thing done was finally providing a link to Northern Trust so one can see payment details. They must of laid off anyone with any competency to save a penny.

Honeywell doesn’t like having employees. Or at least, it doesn’t like giving anything to employees.

Honeywell will always always always find a way to sc--w you even more.

It is a company run my the unethical and immoral.

Thanks a bunch. Will it do any good to complain now based on this thread or wait until I get peaved by experiencing it?

It is what Honeywell wanted. Slow service, phone holds exceeding 1 hour, inarticulate agents, criminally wrong information,. Try this ask for a pension verification, you may get one inside a month. The reason you will get is that giving you a verification is exceedingly difficult. My verification is I will be getting $24.23 a month when i retire in under a week. Really Honeywell how pathetic can you be? 45 years. Try to get help from HR. Answer:You have to call Conduent.

I cashed in my pension in November before the discount rate changed. I invested it in the VCIT Vanguard medium term corporate bond fund which had a yield of 5.75% at the time....

Machine always goes with lowest cost provider! There must be a reason Honeywell chose them and unfortunately I think you found out why. Honeywell is happily planning for the day when the last pensioner dies and the program ends.
