So how long would you say it would take to change 100 price signs? Including getting them from the printer and separating all of them. Making sure that they had the right color of sign holder. Reprinting certain ones for proper sizing. Entering the info to create signs for clothing. And also drive a lift answering all calls to drop things , change skids etc at the same time? ... 1 hour perhaps? I was told I should be able to get it done in 1 hour. Perhaps I was just being lazy , I could not get it done in an hour.

We have our opening cashiers do our morning price changes. Including instant savings. Works really nice at our club.
OP here @1szj+1kPCuhI9 I was literally running to get it done. Other associates were asking me why I was running. Everyone saw me running. But still over the radio I was told I should be able to get it done in no more than an hour. I replied over the radio that everyone could see me running but the reply was it should be done in an hour. And to the person who said they could do 200 in 2.5 hours I say no way. Especially if 30 were clothing signs which require to be input by hand on top of finding the said clothes in the first place.
Do what you can! Take your time. You're caring too much, they don't fire your kind!

Well...if all you were tasked with was that one thing and nothing else, you'd still not be able to get it done in an hour. Tell ya what, IF all the prep you outlined was done for you, including putting them in order by location AND you were suddenly granted with the power of invisibility so as to eliminate the potential for diversion, maybe then there would be a decent shot.
That comes from people who have never done it. I really think leaders should have full awareness of the work those under their leadership do.
