How certain are we that the cuts are done?

It's a never ending cycle. Do not stay at Cisco if you're concerned about layoffs. It's the only tool Cisco's leadership team knows how to use to make the books look decent at the end of the quarter.

According to the November 10-Q

"We expect the plan to be substantially completed by the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2024."

Thanks to Cisco's choice of fiscal calendar I guess that means the rebalancing will be done by Nov 1st 2023. This will be just in time for a new LR announcement which they will say is due to something else (e.g. recession).

Sales will come either this Friday 1/27 or certainly before the sales all hands call on 2/2.

Look for the enterprise segment to have a re-org down to 3 areas....commercial hits in the east. PSS org to be hit pretty hard.
