I work at Wells and got a meets expectations, do you think I will get at least 19% merit? I worked 40 hours a week and created several PowerPoint decks and served on a DEI Committee in 2022.

Glad to hear many are receiving 19% merit. Even thou, I meet expectations every year and do more than expected by management I have not gotten more than 2% merit per year.
