Anyone else notice that ever since Hans became directly responsible for VEG results Ebitda/margin are now not as important; it's now okay to chase subscriber growth more aggressively?

Hans recently indicated that the aggressive promos were not sustainable and would likely end soon. What's he going to do once the numbers tank again? I don't think he lasts last July when Q2 number come out.
Hansy -boy is responsible for most of the problems, but I cant pin the TM 5G issues on him b/c Sprint had so much spectrum they werent using. It's probably the only reason they bought them! But all the nonsense with DEI is just an excuse to pay people for not helping the bottom line. We were already one of the most inclusive companies before Hans got here. The BOD should have fired him for not replacing the Consumer Canadian after 2nd Q results. Meanwhile VBG is shouting that Sales must sell "THE VALUE" of Vz in 2023 bc we wont get back into the trenches vs TMo and ATT. Great throw back 2000's mantra - didnt work real well when ATT had the iPhone and we didnt and will be worse now.
Hans and his HR were actually defending antifa as they made mayhem in every major city. Hans was picked to push 5G despite whether Americans and consumers wanted it or not. This is why TMUS was able to put leap frog VZ on 5G and network quality.
This is to save his job and make the metrics slated in the revised terms and conditions. Because there is probably a loophole within the described terms and conditions allowing to attain the measured goals. The slate of the VZ BODs should know better but are themselves part of the problem.
EBITDA was the focus before it became clear they are bleeding away the subscriber base. Now that the subs base is shrinking it's a bigger fire than margins.
It’s a total Honzi scheme by a corrupt fraudster who managed to tank Ericsson before getting fired and then oddly enough landing a CTO role at VZ. But Hans does not care about VZ success. He can lead this company astray and then collect his $40M golden parachute when the BOD does what should have been done years ago. #FireHans
