No merit increases this year despite record inflation and Brian Moynihan getting huge 30% raises year over year. That’s one way to chase away top talent! This company isn’t what it used to be… you bust your a-s to the bone and get absolutely nothing in return. Anyone else extremely frustrated?

M/M got raise, poultry bonus.
Speak for yourself. I received a 5% raise and an 8k bonus. The talented get rewarded, the run out the clock crowd get the scraps. Your best is someone else's bare minimum.
