Those who seriously intend to leave, I wonder if there is anything that could make you change your mind about leaving this place. I am quite skeptical when someone tells me that the grass is greener elsewhere, because it all depends on one's priorities.

If the band 3 and above actually started caring about anyone below them, instead of pretending all day. They all seem to just inaccurately repeat whatever their boss said, without actually understanding they should be making sure it happens instead of delegating every task until they are doing nothing all day. Everyone seems to lie to their boss and none of the bosses double check their work, so there are mistakes all over that teams of people will have to fix later.
Also, so many people report manipulated numbers that I’d be shocked if anything we report to the shareholders is even 10% of the truth.
Being treated like an adult would be a good start!
Work from home as much or as little as you choose (granted that you get your job done and are productive).
If you are getting double your salary, that makes sense to leave. Otherwise it is the same everywhere.
