Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

STI/Raise predictions?

I say 100% STI and a 6% raise.
Verizon knows their employees aren’t stupid. 100% pay 100% work.
6% to keep up with inflation.

"How does this post get 26 down votes when it's only asking for your guess on the STI percentage?"

Because it's a childish delusion to think this will happen

Yeah lol...Verizon knows you will take whatever crumbs they throw your way and you will put your head down and get back to work like a good little V Teamer.""

They had the jab mandates to do a test run on that

1-4% salary rises plus 100% STI to force VT's to leave, saving payouts later for redundancy

With that upgrading wellness announcement they pushed us to take in those surveys it looms like we picked cheesy benefits over $$. So I’m expecting a worse payout compared to yesterday.

I’m sure it works for some but it is cheaper to pay my gym directly than to use their program plus now with no spousal/family benefits? Before we both got a rate and it was a total of $8 off a month. Now nothing. Hope those execs using orange theory are getting the most out of it.

100% STI, yeah that's NOT happening. My guess is 77-84% STI, and average of 3.5% for raises so the unwashed employee mob doesn't go ballistic about the low STI and pay loss due to inflation (thanks Joe!).

Inflation was like 7 or 8% last year and they did 4% raise so I doubt it. STI 80% tops....more and I'd be shocked

Today is not April 1, stop it. Employees will be lucky if their jobs aren't outsourced to a bunch of people who can care less about the company's success.
