Any experienced folks here? When will RA notifications go out?

For those that will soon be RA'd - it's gonna be tough inside finding an internal job in the, what, 30 days?
They re-deployed far more people than there are jobs in GOM and competition is fierce.
I don't doubt that Arvind wants his strategic GOM positions filled - but I don't doubt that he expects 50% or more to fail to land inside.
For anybody new RA this year - you're starting dead last in a competitive heat - for the remaining jobs. Indeed all I applied for - and were passed on - are now gone. Filled.
I count being re-deployed a blessing as I have until end of March (I figure max) to re-skill/up-skill being fully paid with full benefits. THEN I'll be RA'd (if I show determination and applications) at that point. Might retire. But I've spent half of Nov, all of Dec, now all of Jan re-skilling and looking inside and out.
Those upcoming. Yeah. Search GOM but in parallel with the (likely few to none) applications - focus hard on the external search as inside it's tough right now.
Exactly what is RA?
On a Thursday, per usual.

This feels like Roadmap2015 all over again.
I suspect the notifications will happen sooner rather than later, as IBM is doing all that it can to improve 2023 free cash flow. Based on the earnings call questions from yesterday, the street is measuring IBM to their announced free cash flow of 35 billion over 3 years and 10.5 billion in 2023. Since IBM missed yesterday announcing 9.3 vs 10 billion they have to make up .7 billion to get back on track as AK was still committed to the 35 billion over 3 years.
Stealth and 'drive by' RA's have never stopped. They just stay under the radar.
