When an employee receives shares of BOA stock as part of their yearly compensation, is that based on their band or salary? I always thought it depended on your band but the comment below makes me think otherwise. Just curious if anyone knows for sure
Same as last year for me, 120 shares. Before they expanded the program to employees earning under 100k total comp, I was getting 200 shares per year as a B5 just barely making over the salary to qualify.
