Fortunately I took a bunch of cash and put it into TDS Telecom in the $10 - $11 area and am making early bank on my investment. TDS Telcom which owns 80% plus of US Cellular is so undervalued in the marketplace. The current Price Per Share is $13.40 but the breakup value or worth to a larger acquirer like ATT, VZ, TMUS is at least $50 Per Share. The Towers, The Spectrum, The Customer Base, and the Los Angeles Metro Partnership with Verizon is all desirable by the former mentioned wireless players but you also have The Tower Companies like AMT, CCI, SBAC licking their chops to get a hold of the US Cellular Towers. TDS Telecom or tracking stock of USM US Cellular is the way to go. You can also play it through the preferred shares of each but they have run hard lately as well and have limited upside. Look for TDS to get back into the $20's by summer and much higher if those acquisition rumors start swirling. Just trying to help out my fellow ATT Employees are about to get their walking papers or someone like me who is just kicking back and collecting the checks and benes. Hey at least I am not Stankey or Stevenson and collecting $20M plus per year while burning $100B in shareholder value and decimating the balance sheet. Blue Horshoe loves TDS and USM.

Why slug it out in the marketplace trying to gain subscribers when you can scoop up TDS and thus USM for a song? 4M Posptaid Subscribers with an ARPU above $50. Cash out the Towers and offload them over to American or Crown for $300 - $400K per. Sounds like a solid Private Equity Play like Bluestar Airlines. Lou Manheim loves TDS Telecom.
