Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Advice for the board

Fire Pat before he causes more damage. Hire a ceo who actually understands how semiconductor manufacturing actually works. Fire Dave and hire a CFO who actually opposes his CEOs batshit crazy financing ideas.

"By me telling BK what all the problems and underlying issues are, I had made things worse."

The Ace is even more delusional than I thought.

I saw all this coming around 2016. I even composed an email to BK about how to turn the company around. By me telling BK what all the problems and underlying issues are, I had made things worse. Shortly after I sent that email to BK he sold as much stock as he could. It wasn't much later that he left

“ It is not Pat who needs to be fired but team under him.”

Pat is the only one who can do this firing. If he can’t do it, he needs to go and someone who can needs to be put there.

"Hire a ceo who actually understands how semiconductor manufacturing actually works." Do you mean like BK or BS? LOL.

No amount of accounting tricks like changing Fab equipment depreciation to eight years is going to fix this company now... The sheer speed and mass of this burning wreckage of a company cannot be reversed.

Pat and CFO both should be fired asap. CFO is also very corrupt. He is playing tricks to show higher margins plus emphasizing non gaap earnings. Non gaap is for companies in early phase with high growth usually around 50%. Intel shouldn’t be reporting non gaap earnings.

It all starts at the top. Can the entire BOD, then the ELT.
Clean slate protocol time.

Also, no on wanted the job. BS couldn't find anyone d-mb enough to lead the dumpster fire so he had to step up and be the CEO. Heck, Pat didn't even want the job the first time around, not until they showed him enough money.

It is not Pat who needs to be fired but team under him. It is the same people who brought multiple failures over the years still there just moving around like pieces on a chess board. Don't know when Pat will realize this.
