I have been following this page for a few years and wondered who the person called GS was, as his comes up often. After watching him for a minute yesterday, I can tell all of the comments about him are true!
Seemed like SRs are bonus led the same amount of money but just harder to hit now lol. They glossed over the SR section for sure

Note when they came to the FTOW part as far as bonus structure was concerned, they(he)led with “You are so key” right after he quickly read over the 70/30 bonus structures for SRs. That whole 5 minutes told you everything you needed to read between the lines as far as the “SR” position’s life expectancy is…lol.
All the calls are blah blah blah
No mention of job cuts. Lol
If you can't get on the call, you aren't missing much. Just a lot of rah rah, work harder, work faster, blah blah blah.
