Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel still has a lot of value if it breaks apart into a few companies, right?

Uncle Sam would buy TMG for sure. Without it, the US can't fight a war and the rest of MIC is toast.
TSMC will be full of particle contamination in the first minute when it starts. AMD will be DAMNED.

Well, that is the only way out.
Get Meg Whitman before she runs for president again.

I have a 0. If I divide a 0 by 2, what does that equal?

OP is hoping 0/2 > 1. Maybe OP is an Intel engineer who thinks that you can multiply 2 on both sides to get 0 > 2. Wait, that means OP is a G10 Principal Engineer or an G12 Intel fellow. As long as you put it on a PowerPoint, it must be true, right?

Fabs are pretty much low tier value - like Global Foundries.

The design group could unlock a lot of value going all in on TSMC.

Sadly unlike AMD finding a d-mb Arab company with billions to lose, nope.

TSMC might have bought TMG a few years ago, now Inte oils have to pay to give away TMG, a white albatross is TMG
