Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I give all the Execs at Wells a Needs Improvement Rating

Asset cap not lifted, earnings down, employee morale in the gutter, layoffs, stagnant revenues, regulatory scrutiny, etc.

Fire them all! The board should clean house!

Is discussing salary allowable? Yes. Even if you have a company policy against it? Yes.

In fact, having a policy against it could get you in hot water with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) because such policies generally violate federal labor law.

Sharing company confidential information isn't libel.

A person's review rating or salary is not company confidential information.

Both WF and the Federal Government should be broken up.

Not their fault. The feds should have broken up this crime ring years ago.

WF is too broken to fix.

But I'd be happy to take an exec job and vest until they figure that out.

@qyk. When you have a CEO in bed with Microsoft, you won’t see the right tech either but rather their buggy software.

@jje+1kWs2cq0 Efficiency ratio is still way out of line, because we haven’t invested in the right tech to automate simple processes and we have too many dysfunctional compliance and risk layers. Hard to see a way out of this under the current leadership to be honest.

lolz, we aren't the source of this company's issues, execs past and present are. It's those clowns that need to "buy in" to not ripping people off and making stupid decisions.

You clearly have not seen the most recent public quarterly financials. We are still cleaning up some legacy regulatory issues but the efficiency percentage is starting to fall in line with competitors. Wells Fargo is a significantly important institution to the economy. Buy-in or leave.
