I agree with the OP. That is why I try to be positive in this forum as many other do here, especially when it comes to Ford's future direction with the already successful Ford+ Plan our leadership is championing.
The site is called The Layoff - why would you expect anything positive? You are a ducking id--t - Jim “I’m not yet living in a van down by river yet’ Farley, is that you?
The good this site gives is it helps employees not falling trap to the cult like behaviors that are being set up…think about it..look at all the dialog and communication you get that you don’t get from work.

Don't feed the troll. Trolls by definition are merely trying to derail conversations and have nothing to contribute. If we see a handful of these type of posts we can take it as a sign of the company's "social engagement" team trying to dilute the information that gets shared here.
