This is the only way they know to make the stock price go up. Lay off loyal American workers and replace them with folks from India. Fire workers in their 50's, get new hires and classify it as "technical vitality". This year I was screwed again with changes to retirement medical plan. Glad I left early when I did. So sad. We once made leading edge hardware, now they depend on China and hope to make it with software. Wish I bought stock in Apple or Microsoft instead of the sad company i worked for 30 years.

@OP+1kXFXyrU this is old news, IBM has culled out older workers for decades, but you awaken when it affects you and blame others from the comfort of your Lazy Boy.
IBM is a very ugly! They descriminates workers over 50. They put older employees on PIP so they don’t need to pay them severance. Horrible company.
IBM couldn’t AI it’s way out of a paper bag.
I wouldnt touch IBM stock with a 10 foot pole. A company running on fumes and full of gloom. The end.
