Puck that... They do, but mostly on paper. When in reality, you are given a workload for 2 people and you're expected to finish or deliver it within 24 hours. The expectation is for you to sacrifice your after work hours and weekends. And the only incentive you get, is "Thank you for your hard work"

But, when you get burnt out, you're complaining.

OP here, sorry for my troll post. I finally gave ChatGPT a try (impressive) and used the prompt "give a justification as to why I should continue working at Wells Fargo" and thought it would be an interesting experiment to share the response. Nobody pointed out that it was AI generated like people did for the sad poet posts.

Okay, I will behave now because I know the tough times everyone is facing. I left Wells last year and still have PTSD from all the years I waste there. Know that the grass is greener (my real words of encouragement for you).

Note, I did at least credit ChatGPT by listing the author of the OP as "OpenAI".

Blink once if you are safe. Blink twice if you are being tortured. OP is clearly being held hostage.

The only hope at this point is a new team if executives.

Need to work on the supportive culture piece. Growth opportunities come from attrition and need, not necessarily performance.

That said, way too much whining on this message board

If by community and growth opportunities you mean metro areas only, sure.

I can hear in the background the whip actually cracking. Now is the time to where whoever is left at WF, will be expected to carry the workload by those who’ve been ran off. The motivation will be given with the implied threat of “make the deadline” with an implied “or else” all the while the deadlines will be more aggressive and shortened.
