Intel didn't go on a downward spiral just recently, this place has been very misdirected for a very long time. That is why it is not possible to easily turn around some things and fix this mess.
I started looking for another job and I believe that I will get something new soon because there are still some excellent opportunities on the market, but I still feel sad for what a once great company has become.
Everything could've been much better if only the leadership with a clearer vision was truly dedicated to the well-being of this company and its future...
