Lawsuits coming, how can you bonus people off physical abilities? It’s totally biased to the young

Lawsuits coming, how can you bonus people off physical abilities? It’s totally biased to the young & able,

Oh you have been here 24 years and now in your 50s sorry we got to let you go your CPH is too low

We only want the young people who throw 1/2 the load, and don’t rotate, don’t fill the shelf or displays

Wish someone that knows how, would get a class action going. Getting the shaft on bonuses now.

The FTOW should see the legality of filing a class action lawsuit for at least the last 2 yrs if not even since position created. Exactly what is/was the difference in “workload” or “responsibilities” different, as it relates to the responsibility to the accounts vs the SR’s responsibility in the accounts. Speaking specifically to the the “salary,” being grounds for “equal work, equal pay.”

Had an RMS pay me a visit one time to just "waste time" They just wanted someone to talk to about their vacation they had taken prior. Didn't want to help throw any cases or anything though. Just stand their and talk about themself to me watching me work. I know anytime I call the DM you can hear the TV on in the background.

As on "old SR", 20 plus yrs., its been a train wreck since Mondelez spun out of Kraft. Kraft was a parent company that took care of it's people. We were protected and respected, neither of which occurs now!
All this "tracking" etc is a total joke! If they were to spend as much time following the middle management or checking their credit card transactions, they would see where the issues lie.
I had merchandisers call me crying cause they hadn't been given one minute to eat lunch in a 12 hour day, and they were PT help. I told em, GO HOME, this job isn't worth that headache! They thanked me and quit the next day.

As a OLD SR that as been with the company for 3 years (😫 it has been a total train wreak the whole time) my DM has told me not to add CPS, everything goes under Miscellaneous,

Just lie. Not a big deal.people. Work 150 cases say you worked 210

CPH is easy to bluff, just order a bunch of a single item and not run it or only run like half of the deliveries, stop running backstock or facing. Let the cao orders go through ect... It's a d-mb metric made by d-mb people.

What difference does it make. The merchandisers lie. The reps lie. The DMs lie. It’s just a numbers game. Enter what they want you to enter and go home. It’s all gone to sh-t! No one doing what they are supposed to do. Blame game!!!

Cases are based off of ideploy delivery total (what is shipped to the store). There are a lot of people posting things they have no clue about.

23 cases an hour would be 920 Cases in a week.. that’s 920 worked NOT ones that get stacked off , they don’t Counts for your total

CPH goal is around 20-23. Could change slightly when reps are no longer included.
Hitting that is crazy easy. If you do the math it's around 180 cases over an 8 hour day. Some days I have less than that some days more but end of the week it's always over 25 CPH for me.

CPH is counted against all working hours except pto. That is why they no longer want us using admin time or going under 40 hours

Goes down even if we log our time in store as miscellaneous and not merchandising?

Every hour you drive on the clock your CPH goes down .: writing orders and credits goes against cases per hour .. working top stock, can’t count that..

They also don't factor in the constant late trucks. The benchmarks are unreal! I would work with a merchandiser who would have 800 cases in an 8 hour day, at multiple stores, sound realistic? Haha!
This company has become an absolute joke, how about that for their tic tok video?

Cph is a joke and how they calculate it. It’s not the same as cpish (cases per in store hour I believe?, correct me if I’m wrong).
You can throw 200 cases in 2hrs and your cpish is through the roof, but if that’s all you put up in 8hrs your cph is 25. Everything in the other 6hrs is calculated into your cph. Doesn’t matter if it’s driving, ordering, whatever. They want the max cases per hour worked.
No one on our team hit over 30cph last year. Which I believe is what they want.

So how are you going to maximize cph? Cutting corners! Good job!

So 30% of a full timers bonus will be based on cases per hour.. seems like a good way to get people NOT to rotate lol

Cheaper to demoted and push out than fire or severance. On my team you can definitely tell the younger reps have twice the workload as the older ones. Common since says that's not going to last much longer.

Go back a step...why are older folks being demoted? That's the real issue! If this poster is for real, music to my ears!
