I wouldn't worry about raises. Worry about finding your next employer tonta. That's translates to d-mb b****. Lol

They had to layoff to find coin for pay raises. Plan on 2.5% average!

OP - Hopefully you make past layoff. If you do you’ll need to get to work on inflation for your lips to slobber on the boss and their boss more for the next go around of who sucks up more to stay in the game.

That’s the game of non bargained employees now, being competent and staying due to merit isn’t in the cards. You need to be in the alphabet soup to survive, what a Great business plan!

Yeah, of course! Stink is giving the entire staff a raise to match inflation because he values you so much.

Sigh.

The only people getting increases that high are Stink and his immediate direct reports.

Mobility was pre loaded with 4.5%. Not bad giving the labor rate is around 2.5%. Great merit this year!!

It’ll be normal raises. T needs to save cash, so don’t expect inflationary raises. The company is surplusing people right now. They aren’t going to turnaround and give it away in the form of increased raises.
