I've done quite a few interviews in January but I received no offers. I believed with at least a few of them that things went great since they seemed satisfied and interested, but in the end, I was turned down. Is this happening to more people? I just need to know if this is a job market-related issue or a "me" problem I need to work on.

If you're applying internally you need to make sure that you check all the right DE&I boxes. That helps you get around an automated screening process.
@fdf+1kXlcoHM I thought it was impossible to move internally these days. What are you doing right? I have applied for some positions internally that I hit all the qualifications for and haven’t heard back.
I posted for five roles, two screens just scheduled. They sent a text to my personal cell to schedule them. Took about 18 days from time of application to notification of screen, so there is internal movement.
They make it so so difficult to move internally. I posted for a job in SEPT, it is still showing as Open in Workday - but crickets.
I was displaced in Nov, received a new job offer last week. Things picked up in January- I had interviews for three different roles. Don't give up!

I was trying to hold on until retirement but at this point I can no longer tolerate how our "leaders" literally despise anyone who has been hear before they took over and became JPM Jr.
So I guess no mass exodus after 2/3?

40% pay cut and 10 days vacation was the offer

had a few interviews last fall then everything fell off the radar with freezes, got a call the other day asking if I was still interested in one to which I said yes and got my offer yesterday. Postings are starting to pick back up now. Given the various hiring freezes over the fall everyone now has to get back in line for recruiters. Just keep looking and keep applying you'll get something eventually.
job market. Similar here since March 2022. About mid-October 2022 JOD begun to be withdrawn / cancelled.
