I would like HR, to post the number of people who actually quit due to CIP.
I request a lot of bi-----g and snowflake crying but I doubt more the a handful of the complainers actually have the cohones to walk away from thier comfortable do very Little work

1425 have quit and counting since CIP
I'll tell you one thing, as you already know, spitters are quitters. And man to man, we both aren't quitters.
No one quit the day this CIP was announced, but most know that in this industry one needs to change your seat a few times if you want to maximize your compensation. Even though one might not see the impact right away, I am sure this slight will lead to more folks starting to look for better pastures.

I dun told you snowflakes that in this country if your company asks you to bend over you do it thankfully! If they hand you scraps after working hard you thank them for what you are given. Our dream is to serve the elites and hope they are benevolent enough to give us anything. Just calm down and grab a some high class Nattie Light and maybe roll some coal in your lifted truck to make life better!
