Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

How is wfh tracked?

My entire team is in a different state and I’m the only one in my location.

It’s all tracked. So if you’re logged in they know what you’re doing or not doing.

Metrics used:

Badge swipe (yes | no)
RSA usage without badge swipe or after the second badge swipe (assumes person left the building)
Login location (on-site vs anywhere else)

We were just informed (CCS), that WFH is becoming more strict with the 60% in office. If you take a scheduled day off or call out, or a holiday falls on a day you’re scheduled to be in office, you are now being required to make that up by being in office on a day you work from home.

I am still hearing buzz on the floor (tempe) the 8th as potential layoff day for HLA/CCS rolls - not sure about HLA/CCS support roles though.

Every move we make is tracked. Don’t worry about the how.
