If CEO keeps saying that he is on a mission and getting this company back on track is a mission, why is he taking a pay at all. Take $1 pay and defer his pay if the company is successful in 2025.
Some might say thats what stock allocation is. But that should be extended to whole pay for the CEO and folks who are calling us on a mission like employees are some sort of volunteers.
