As a former retail employee we sold DTV way before buying them. Is the largest share holder it’s in T’s best interests to help DTV grow. It can be bundled with Uverse internet as well.
Direct Tv ship has sunk all ready…..🚢🛟⚓️
They finally caught up with me and my DTV bill went from $10 to $180 as an employee.
Cancelled next day. Brought all the equipment to FedEx.
Hadn't been with Comcast/Xfinity for TV for years (since we got the discount). Went back and wow, their quality of service, hardware, remotes, interaction with voice commands and everything...leaps and bounds superior in every aspect.
Their customer service still sux but oh well.
Someone from T complaining about any other company's customer service is more proof that irony is officially dead.
Lot of 'we' I see here - wake up guys, you are just piace of shijt within T.
We also sell cases by Belkin but we don't own them and we don't (as far as I know) have any other financial interest in that company.
It is so we can offer packages like the Cable and other companies.
Mobile/Home Internet/TV
That is very sticky.
T still cares about DTV and the revenue it generates. What fit never like was having to accountable on the the qtrly earnings call for the subscriber losses.
So they spinoff the asset, still get revenue from it and don’t have to discuss it on the call.
The only thing T cares about is that DTV makes $$$. Best thing they ever did was to spin it off. They need to do the same with Wireline.
T still owns 70% of Direct TV. Shhhh. Don’t tell anyone.
Not sure why this is your concern. T doesn't care at all, so why you?
