Seniors SSSR will be let go. They don’t need them anymore. FTOW doing jobs of every one at the smallest amount of pay. The bonus to much not for them to be the ones getting cut.
The call is bs. They just went over which areas are now going live with mission 1. And new bonus structure 30 % is based of f&d. 70 on objective there still working out full timers. Also expect delays on your bonus if your a full timer
Oreos skus and packaging are changing. Nothing new added to mission phase

DM is a mo--n. Willingly put in writing clear a labor violation request and obvious retaliation for denied said request. Just waiting on getting fired or laid off to get a lawyer. Honestly can't believe the department of labor hasn't audited this company yet.
Retaliation is rampant, keep your phone close. They sent the goons out to get me after I came forward with an accusation. The whole brigade showed up to visit me in the field, people I had never seen in years. I had video of my DM violating every merchandising standard, he wrote the manual. All this right in front of the GM at the store.
The hire incompetent managers, take advantage. Call the BI hotline daily and don't back down.
Yea I've learned the hard way about our hr. They do absolutely shyt. Since I've reported the dm. Shyt has gotten way out of hand with the dm. The regional has seen the emails but the b*&$# continues to say nothing.
But I'm glad they are doing what the are I'm just leaving a paper trail so everything is documented
If you have forced overtime in writing, I'd take that right to the bank! And as far as PTO, you can take 1/2 days etc, so if they are taking away 8 hours if you are short 3, to the bank! They only do this stuff cause people let , STOP. Don't report to anyone inside the company, get an attorney and let them handle it. Lots of options as far as paying for legal work, don't be intimidated. If this is widespread, class action is the way to go! Google it, folks in California came together and won over 1 million and a half dollars.

What area are you in? That they cut the sa and car position where we're 2nd to go live with mission one and haven't heard anything yet I was told in January that we was supposed to go on another call in Jan because more changes were coming. But that never happened if this true I will need to start planning an exit strategy
Newer Sales Associates are not offered 401k. They are doing away with SAs and only having Seniors so they can cut the car out as well. I was the last SA in my region during Mission one.
If a rep is stupid enough to stay with the pay cut and more workload that's on them they could of got the severance and unemployment and went to find something else I stayed because I got to keep my salary and car as an sa

I got a dm that's stealing people hours esp on holiday weeks. Stealing pto hours
For example if you worked 37hrs 3 under 40 he's taken a whole 8 hrs of pto to cover 3 hrs but if your salary you are supposed to get 40. They are forcing overtime or threatening you if you don't do it. Or on holiday week. If you work 38 hrs in 4 days. You not getting paid 38 hrs plus holiday you only getting the 32 plus 8 holiday. I was told and it's in writing from dm that company give free hours what's funny is I just took a lesson from this company about modern day slavery. Sound pretty close to me
I know a couple reps that are recently a ftow now and they don’t have the work cars anymore
Why would a senior get promoted to an SA position with a car, and a sales rep would get their car taken away, and demoted to FTOW? That doesn't even make any sense?

- 5 percent under a 1:1 match is average at most. A cr---y entry level marketing job that paid more than being an SR here I was looking at offered 4 percent 1:1 match with stock options.
One of the best matches in the Corporate world lol true but now 1/3 of Sales Reps will be gone OR will step down to FTOWs by April 1.
If they don’t step down it’s unemployment, no Severance.. Seniors are becoming sales associates (no 40K)…
Senior job will go away when the sale represents job goes away which will more than likely be next year.
Senior SSR and above (SA and sales rep) get 401k with one of the best matches in the corporate world. 4.5% auto with 4.5% match when you invest 6% on your own.
A SA is a salary, so you do have a 401k

All full timers do not get the 401K

I've been an AS before l, definitely had retirement but maybe that's changed
Our team keeps hiring them, but that does not mean they aren't going away. They'll keep them until they don't need them.
Yes .. new position is Sales Associate.. you get a car but NO retirement plans
