Why do you all still waste your time working here if it sucks so bad?

With so much focus on CPH, how much rotation do you think will actually be done? I see alot of credits in the future.
You can fudge CPH by artificially reducing your work load. You do this by ordering stuff you know you can just stack off in the backroom or barely running the deliveries. It's pretty damn easy lol
No employee can fudge CPH numbers. It's all based on ideploy delivered units to stores. You can input 500 units at a store (when only 100 was delivered let's say) on your phone/website but CPH is only based on delivered units that's in ideploy. Can't fudge it. Based on ideploy not Descartes.......
I've worked at the liquid beverage companies before and have zero interest in go that direction again. Frito-Lay has horrible work life balance and half rate for OT. Only holiday they get off is Christmas. They make good money but all there reps seems just as miserable as us. Also I've checked the hiring of those companies in the area and they have zero openings for sales unless you wanna just be a case thrower.

Dead on…we get asked to take pics, fudge it, for dmi when there is no product to adequately build a display. We leave detailed notes to merchandisers who won’t follow the instructions and there are no repercussions. People are keying in erroneous CPH to fulfill mgmt.s demands. Etc…you have to ask yourself, what id--ts came up with all this misc. stuff. We are being asked to do lots of things that bears no integrity when we do it. It is all cynical stuff which we should not be wasting our time on….it is all BS.
Why do we all still work here? We’re vested employees unlike the upper mgmt. team. We are the backbone of this company and without us there would be no management team or Mondelez. Open door policy is dead. Even middle management(DMs, Accounts, RMS’s) can’t stand the Rdrs or RVPs. The people up top instill fear, intimidation and non-trustworthy tactics and middle management has to follow along like zombies. We take on line integrity courses, and from the top leadership down, every rule is broken…it is a joke ,they are a joke, and everyone knows it! Field level employees pay for everything….including all managers salaries. We deserve/demand the damn full respect of management and from our lousy leadership. We have skin in the game…what’s your problem? WOKE
I stuck around to get fired, and pushed a lot of buttons to help get there. Well worth it.
Another offer from a different company? Did you apply? Go to Frito or Pepsi /Coke they will hire any displaced reps. After about 6 months let us know how it is....
Job market is terrible right now. Massive layoffs, companies are being very picky on who they are hiring right now because of tight budgets. I wasn't talking about getting an offer here at Mondelez already work here, talking about getting an offer for another company with comparable benefits.
Job market is the best it's been in 3 years. No one is getting an "offer" unless you mean to step down to FTOW at same salary for 1 year.
It’s better to get fired than quit!!!! Not laid off, fired! Ask an employment attorney why if You can’t figure it out.
Some people don't want to have to start over with vacation, etc.
People stay for a variety of reasons.
Mind yourself!!!
People have a lot of years and time invested in this company. it's a shame the way this company treats us. Back in the day it used to be a good company to work for and have a future in
