Noticed the internet is not working for the laptop.
Is this an issue only for impacted folks?

You need to call IT 408-526-8888 to restore your access. I got mine working today.
This was ridiculous. Those of us on the LR list with Macs had them turn into paperweights. Meanwhile PC users had 24hours (or more) to search and apply for internal jobs. When I finally got access back, a number of reqs had been pulled because of high demand. Such a cluster.
whoever in charge of this LR should be FIRED - so many things went horribly wrong
How are people supposed to access internal site and/or email if vpn access is not supposed to work?
Are you able to connect to internal jobs, workday after applying the mentioned commands on Mac. After doing those steps, my duo account is not enabled and so I cannot connect VPN or any site.
Mac user here – I was affected by this, too. Received a message in the Webex app (which I was able to see on my personal phone). Sharing here in case someone finds it helpful:

Embarrassing, IT should issue apology. Just when folks are processing, enquiring about immigration , next steps, getting support, finding internal jobs....is this the time for a days long IT outage?!
Well, I'm sure IT support were also impacted so......Maybe thier own way to push back a bit
I am the OP. As another has said - There is a global outage for Mac users who have been laid off. Cannot access Cisco servers and I cannot access servers outside of Cisco on my mac
For those with Internet access do you still have access to Cisco managed systems ?
word is someone in IT pushed the get out button too soon ,cut everyone on LR list access to proxy and internet , zero trust access, which is what they have in LR es. not a good look and should be embarassed how this was handled after having notice given.
My internet still works.
Not impacted, and aside from usual endpoint protection slowdowns, laptop is working fine.
