My answer to every question last week was “after the announced changes to the 401k plan for 2023, I am done answering these surveys. Nothing changes as a result of our input since these started.”
Oh my manager reads them, then uses his response to talk down and tell me why I’m wrong…. Count yourself lucky no one reads them
