Here in the north east, we have our jobs till the January 20th, but the changes takes affect January 2nd. Won't be writing any orders, just packing out.

I guess I’ll have to shop at Goodwill and thrift stores without a job but that’s OK it’s better than working for this company. Dsd is dead.

If you can hold out till they lay you off & leave with a decent severance to help get you to your next employment endeavor, other than your spirt, emotional sanity & time, what do you have to loose? My advice is to start looking while you still have a job, if you do. The end will come in one form or another, so unless you can move up into account manager or marketing etc, where it’s not driven by “DSD” I don’t see anyone building a “career” with Mondelez at the “retail” level. I would luv to be wrong!

I will say this and it's and its not easy or vain.. Losing your job sucks, however in this economy there are so many jobs you are fortunate to have this happen at this time. with experience that you have there are so many jobs and the opportunity to move up a few levels based on demand..
