Nothing seems to be able to connect through Cisco anymore. This includes outlook, Firefox etc. happened suddenly at around 9:30am this morning. Any one seeing the same issue?

Not related to the LRs. Stuff goes down constantly because Cisco IT is so bad.
Been having the same problem since early this morning EST. HR said it would be fixed in a few minutes but it’s been nearly 7 hours…just another way of how not to do an LR
