Is this training worth attending? Or is it just for socializing and "team building"?
Hookups on business trips are a huge perk.
@1ggc Now that is real team building. The Company needs much more of it to ease the tensions.
@1yrd+1kaWXmdo It was a challenge for sure, but we pulled it off. Had a few more run-ins with this individual while visiting the mothership. She didn’t get her fill (at least, not what I had in the tank) the first go-around, so I had to oblige thrice more.
Hooking up with a coworker on such a trip is exciting. The key is to ignore each other during the day so that nobody figures out that you are shacking up each night.
Yeah it's funny how so many over the years put that little training down as a qualification and they wound up flaming out one assignment later. Doesn't mean cr-p something like a full Company sponsored MBA and significant follow on assignments speak so much more.
Was able to get my rocks off with a fellow classmate at UNC a number of years back. The whole thing was a big excuse to get wasted and go ballz deep.
They're looking for warm bodies to fill those classes now.
yes, individual contributors go. At one point, around 2015, everyone was going… The upper level leadership classes were more exclusive, the old Thunderbird 1 and 2. Those are now at Univ. Michigan.
Thought they only invited supervisors and above? Do individual contributors go?
