Layoffs on the 12th and so many top performers let go. I’ve seen at least four grade 11s let go—higher paid roles in marketing. Honestly shocked at some of the people.

There are top performers in every grade. Some of them got the boot, because the spreadsheet was showing they were paid more than their teammates. No consideration for performance, as usual.
Top performers going - just wait until the top performing sales people are laid off before they can get their commission checks to reduce future costs over multiyear contracts
5 bucks says the Trey the inclusion weirdo is still around , cant wait till next all hands to tell me how my whiteness is rotten and that someone who cant spell should take my job. we had oprah so who is next , will smith, maybe he will go up and slap a middle aged account manager and get a round of applause from ELT cause the room is not diverse enough.
