those leeches are everywhere including HR.
once they are in HR, non-indians can't get in.
The company should be investigated for corruption. Where there is smoke there must be fire. It's implausible that none of the executives knew this wasn't happening for the last 25 to 30 years.

I believe it the nepotism is rampant. But what I'll say is the white men at the C-level including fairbanks, laprade, and alexander have actively participated in making this happen. Their hands are not clean !!
I am a bit skeptical since I do not see this news on any of the financial outlets. How could something like this miss the scrutiny of the financial media? Not to say I have not seen this exact thing going on for years here, but it seems like this story would be seen on all the trading platform newsfeeds. I see nothing on several I have accounts with a couple of the larger platforms. Essentially integrating the caste system with the capital one performance management system with the mafiosa scheme. Such clever folks.
