Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

How about those survey results?

They must have been pretty bad considering they didn't go over them at all this year. Don't they usually show the results of each question? I guess the only way to send them a message is to not participate in the survey anymore since participation seems to be all they care about

The responses to the Annual Mandatory Employee Survey did not fit with their M.O.

and that RTO Survey that did not even list continue to WFH as an option.

Am sure these surveys are not inexpensive. Why do they waste the money and time?

The survey is a reflection of the caliber of the individuals that are currently being promoted into leadership roles. No surprise.
